Last year I got to work with one of my favorite 2020 couples! I met Jen and Ryan in 2019 at a happy hour wine date to talk about their 2020 wedding. Well, 2020 didn’t quite happen the way we all anticipated. After cancelling their spring wedding, Jen and Ryan decided to elope in Hawaii. I smiled so much seeing this sweet couple on the beach in pure bliss at becoming husband and wife. Naturally, I was a little sad that I couldn’t be there to capture those special moments for them. Months later, Jen, Ryan, and their immediate families came back to wine country to celebrate their marriage. They brought their formal wedding attire, got some last-minute florals and we had a fun little wedding shoot! What was most special was being able to take their photos at Silver Oak Winery, the spot where Ryan proposed. I loved finally getting Jen and Ryan in front of my lens and am so happy we had more than perfect fall weather to cheers these two!
