Claire & Alex’s classic Carmel wedding combined tradition with modern romance. They married at the iconic Catholic Mission in downtown Carmel before celebrating at the exclusive Monterey Peninsula Country Club. Alex and Claire chose to read their personal vows to one another after their first look. During Alex’s vows, he pulled our printed photos of some of their best memories together. It was a complete surprise to Claire and such a sweet, thoughtful touch to an already meaningful moment. While the day started overcast, by the end of their ceremony, the fog had burned off and we were greeted with the sunshine. This made the reception particularly spectacular as guests mingled on the balcony overlooking the ocean for the last bit of golden light. Once the sun had set against the Pacific Ocean, the dance party got started. Guests sipped signature cocktails and danced into the night, putting a cap on a spectacularly jovial celebration.
