Claire dreamed of vineyards and the beach for her and Dan’s engagement photos. This beautiful couple lives in wine country but also love spending time on the coast. They will be getting married this fall in Carmel Valley so we had to capture the multiple magical backdrops of Sonoma County. Claire and Dan trusted me to take them around my favorite little nooks of Sonoma town, a beautiful open field of vines and finally to the dramatic Sonoma coastline. It was a bit of a drive and freezing cold at the beach but so worth the trek! Claire’s perfectly curled hair quickly took on a romantic windblown look and Dan took responsibility for keeping his fiancé as warm as possible. I loved seeing these two embrace one another and cannot wait to continue capturing their sweet relationship this fall!
