One night, at a mutual hangout with friends, the building’s fire alarm went off. Though they had only recently met, Case stayed right by Mandy’s side as they evacuated the building. There was something about her that drew him in. Over the next few months they casually enjoyed each other’s company and even though Case was scheduled to move out of state, he decided to stay in the city to give this potential love a chance. Mandy and Case turned out to be what each other hoped for and more. They are a beautiful couple inside and out. Over the last few years, I have gotten to witness and capture their sweet and gentle love towards one another. I am always so impressed by how they are in tune with each other’s emotions, sensing what each other needs and always treating each other with love and respect. Case was full of emotion seeing Mandy walk down the church aisle. His eyes never left her.
Mandy & Case’s wedding day was an unbelievably beautiful melding of two loving families. Mandy’s father teared up during his first look with his daughter and gave a perfect welcome toast at the reception. Case’s mother and father were beaming the whole day and when Case danced with his mom, neither could keep from crying. I love that both Case, Mandy and their families are so open and welcoming. A cherry on top of this memorable day was when Mandy surprised her grandfather with an impromptu dance at the reception. We were just packing up to leave when I saw her gently lead him on the dance floor. This moment was one of my favorite from the day and the perfect way to end our time with this sweet couple.
