Nicole and Vince are parents to a sweet pup named Penny (and a new furry addition they adopted after their wedding!). As a dog-lover myself, we talked about Penny during their initial consult as well as at their Marin County engagement session earlier this year. It is obvious that their girl is such an important part of their lives. As many know, Alex and I are equally as obsessed with our little fur baby as well. Deciding that it would just be too much to have Penny with them on their wedding day, they decided to leave Penny comfortably at home. However, Nicole hatched a perfect plan to have Penny surprise Vince during their first look. I was told about the plan just a few days out from their day and couldn’t have been more excited. I knew the moment would be very special for Vince and his reaction would be memorable. The moment was just as I had hoped and the resulting photos of a smiling Penny and even happier couple could not have been more perfect.
Nicole and Vince’s wedding happened on a lovely September day at Long Meadow Ranch in St. Helena. I loved Nicole and Vince’s wedding day design with harvest colors and fresh fruit adorning the tables. With Jillian of Bustle Events running the day, everything went perfectly smooth. I am so happy to have captured this loving, genuine couple. Congratulations N + V!
